Each one-hour session is customized to your specific needs and goals. Sessions are conducted virtually using Zoom and Google Meet and can be recorded for future reference. I also keep a Google Drive folder of our progress and exercises together.

No prior experience is necessary. These sessions are holistic and intended for both creative professionals and creative enthusiasts alike. My vision is to provide deeper integration of creative thinking and being for each of us so that no matter what vocations and activities occupy our time, we can take them on with an enriched sense of fulfillment.
